Select the specific transaction date. Click on the "Print Receipt" or "Download PDF" icon. Visit the TN E-Seva website
You will see your outstanding amount. Do not pay again. Look for a link that says "View Payment History" or "Paid Receipts." (Note: This option appears only after logging in with your assessment number).
Click on the "Online Payment" or "Pay Bill" tab on the homepage. If a link is broken, search "CMWSSB Online
Go to the Chennai Metro Water BillDesk link (usually available under the "Pay Bill" section).
Click on "Print Last Paid Receipt."
Enter your Bank Reference Number (found in your bank statement or SMS).
Click on "Search Your Payment" or "Get Receipt."
