“Don’t panic,” Alex thought. “Let me think like a tech person.”
The first thing Alex learned was that Westinghouse Smart TVs don’t update apps the same way a phone does. You don’t go to an “App Store” icon on the home screen.
On their Westinghouse remote, Alex pressed the button, then went to Settings > Support > Software Update (or sometimes just System Update ). They selected Check for Updates and let the TV search.
