Rename the file to update.zip . Copy to root of SD card (not internal storage).

Download Recovery ROM ( .zip file) for your region. Firmware REDMI 9A

Boot into Recovery mode (Volume Up + Power). Rename the file to update

Select Install update.zip from SD card → Choose file → Confirm. Firmware REDMI 9A

Boot phone into Fastboot mode (Volume Down + Power).
