Press the Power button to select it.
Highlight Factory data reset (or Confirm ) and press Power .
Tap Erase Everything or Confirm .
Tap Backup & Reset or Reset Phone .
Wait for the process to complete. A message will appear: “Data wipe complete.”
Your phone will restart and begin the reset process. This may take 2–5 minutes. Use this method if you cannot access Settings or the phone is stuck in a boot loop.

Open the Settings app.
Confirm by entering your phone’s lock screen password, pattern, or PIN.
Scroll down and tap System (or Additional Settings on some TECNO UI versions). Press the Power button to select it
Tap Factory Data Reset (sometimes labeled Erase all data ).
Tap Reset Phone or Reset .
