Step 1: Open from the app drawer or notification panel. Step 2: Scroll down and tap Backup & reset (or Privacy depending on software version). Step 3: Tap Factory data reset . Step 4: Tap Reset phone . Step 5: If prompted, tap Erase everything . Step 6: The device will reboot and perform the reset automatically.
