This is the video game equivalent of a summer blockbuster that knows it’s stupid. It’s for players who want to feel unstoppable. Where else can you play as a President who uses a tentacle bat to fight aliens while dressed as a Victorian gentleman?
Is it ? Absolutely, unquestionably, yes.
