I believe you're referring to (not "Kennett"), a renowned set theorist. His classic textbook "Set Theory: An Introduction to Independence Proofs" (often just called "Kunen" ) is a standard graduate-level text. However, it does not contain a separate, published solutions manual for its exercises.
