The author of Tafseer Kabuli is Mirza Muhammad Husayn al-Husayni al-Qazvini (میرزا محمد حسین حسینی قزوینی). He was a prominent Twelver Shi’a scholar, philosopher, and exegete born in Qazvin, Iran.
