Run the downloaded tool. Accept the license terms.

Select "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC" and click Next.

Scroll down and click "Download tool now" (MediaCreationTool.exe).

Select a location on your computer to save the file (e.g., Desktop or Downloads folder). Click Save.
