“NO. NO, IT CAN’T BE.”
1...2...3.
“Twenty episodes ago, I walked into this company with nothing but a dream and a broken rib. Tonight, I’m the champion. But I didn’t get here alone.” X Club Wrestling Episode 20
“Episode 4: I lost to a man named Brutus Wolfe. He broke my hand and whispered, ‘You don’t belong here.’ Episode 7: A fan in the front row held up a sign that said ‘Give Up.’ I didn’t. Episode 12: My best friend, Danny Vice, turned his back on me for a contract with Silas Black. He said loyalty doesn’t pay. He was wrong.”
“Twenty episodes, Johnny. We’ve seen betrayals, title changes, and the rise of the most violent faction in XCW history. Tonight, the ‘Reckoning’ isn’t a catchphrase. It’s a promise.” MATCH 1: X-CORE TITLE MATCH – NO HOLDS BARRED Champion: “The Human Weapon” Kade Knox (c) vs. “The Nightmare” Viktor Cross
“You wanted a mystery opponent, Zane? You got one. Someone who hasn’t stepped in an X Club ring in ten years. Someone who made this company. Someone who never lost the title… he just walked away.” The Death Cult (Time: 12:11) “NO
The first three men are in the ring. Brutus Wolfe (the 300lb powerhouse) stares down Danny Vice (the treacherous technician). Zane stands between them, focused.
After the match, Knox helps Viktor to his feet and raises his hand. Respect in the X-Core division. The crowd chants “X-CLUB! X-CLUB!”
But Cash survives. He makes the hot tag—except there are no tags. He simply screams and begins throwing wild haymakers. Chase springboards off the top rope into a crossbody on both Cult members. The finish: Chase goes for his finisher, the “Payout” (a 450 splash), but Selene blows a handful of black powder into his eyes. He misses. Abbadon locks in the “End of Days” sleeper. Cash tries to break it, but Mortis cuts him off with a steel chair shot. Tonight, I’m the champion
“Tonight, in the main event, I’m defending this title against three men. Not because I have to. Because I want to. I want to prove that X Club Wrestling isn’t about who can cheat the best. It’s about who bleeds the hardest. So Brutus… Danny… and the mystery opponent Silas Black chose… bring your worst. Because this Phoenix doesn’t just rise from ashes. He burns them down.”
He drops the mic. The X-Core title match winner Kade Knox comes to the ramp and nods at Zane. A moment of respect between champions. “The Vixen” Valentina Rose vs. “The Amazon” Sierra Moore
The stage lights reveal a man in a black leather jacket, white tape on his wrists, and a steel chain around his neck. He hasn’t aged. He looks like a ghost.
